Ranked has two ways to run a project.
SEO Service projects are the done-for-you plans. Our team does the SEO work on your site every week and you watch the results in the dashboard. The full software suite is included in every plan at no extra cost, with no limits on tracked keywords, AI prompts, heatmaps, audits or AI agent use. Nothing about your software use is ever billed separately.
SEO Software projects are the same software with no team work, priced by usage. See SEO Software (Self-Serve).
Service projects live on the Service Suite tab of your projects overview.
What our team does
- Weekly blog content - written for your target keywords, fact checked and human QA'd, then published to your site (or to our hosted blog CMS). You approve or revise each article with one click, or switch on auto-publishing.
- Unlimited web copy - conversion-focused pages to support your keywords, ordered from the Content tab.
- On-page and technical optimization - meta titles and descriptions, schema, headers, images, sitemaps, robots.txt, Core Web Vitals and every issue the auditor finds, implemented for you (or documented for your developer if we can't have access).
- Backlink outreach - white-hat link placements in active content, referring back to the articles we publish.
- Google Business Profile - optimization and weekly article posts to your locations.
- AI search indexing - your pages submitted to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok as they're published.
- Reporting and support - monthly reports set up for you, plus our team on chat 24/5 alongside the AI agent.
Content is available in 35+ languages. Outreach is English-only.
Plans
Every plan is per website, month to month, with a 20% discount if you pay yearly. All three include the full software suite, unlimited web copy, AI search indexing and the same team.

Focus keywords are the keywords our team actively works to rank. They're separate from tracking: you can track as many keywords as you like in the software on any plan.
Standard suits local and niche businesses getting started, Plus is for saturated markets or multi-location businesses, and Enterprise is for nationwide targeting or scaling up. Need something bigger or unusual? Message us for a custom plan.
Getting started
Click Add Project on your projects overview, choose Service & Software, pick SEO and a plan, and add a card. Every service project starts with a seven-day free trial - nothing is charged until it ends, and you can cancel from Settings -> Billing at any time.
The project opens on its Onboarding tab, where you (or we) add target keywords, website access, blog preferences, content preferences and your Google connections. From there, our service schedule kicks in - here's what to expect in the first three months.
Already running a project on the software? Use the 'Need help? Add our SEO service' button at the top of it - pick a plan, pay, and our team takes over with everything you've tracked kept as is.
PPC
