Reporting
On your project, you will see a 'Reports' tab.
You can
- Create PDF reports
- Schedule PDF's to an email
- Create report links
Each version of reporting has their own respective tabs.
The report builder
The Create Report tab shows your configuration next to a live PDF preview - the preview is the exact PDF your downloads, scheduled emails and report links use, and it updates as you change settings. Changes are saved automatically.
You can customize:
- Date range - presets like Last 30 Days, or a custom range.
- Sections - keywords, First Page, AI prompts, competitors, website audit, backlinks, heatmaps, Search Console, Google Analytics and Business Profile.
- Data columns - choose which keyword and AI prompt columns appear.
- Chart style - show ranking performance as a graph (net position change over time) or bars (Top 3 / 10 / 100 by day).
- Custom message - an optional note from you, shown at the top of the report and on report links. Use
{client}to insert the project name automatically. - Compare Previous Period - overlays the previous equal-length period on the charts and states the difference in numbers (for example "clicks 1,336 vs 936 (+42.7%)"). Works on PDFs and report links.
Report PDFs
Reports include charts alongside the tables: ranking performance, daily Search Console clicks, daily Analytics sessions, First Page growth, and daily spend/clicks/conversions on PPC reports.
Report links
Report links open a full interactive report in the browser - no login needed for your client.
If you enable Auto-Updating Links, new links you generate stay current on their own: when someone opens the link, the data refreshes automatically (about once a day), so one URL is all you ever need to share. Rolling date ranges like "Last 30 Days" always move with today. Auto-updating links show an "Auto-updating" badge in your Report Links list and on the report itself.
Exports on other tabs
The PDF exports on individual tabs (keywords, AI prompts, audits, backlinks, Search Console, Analytics, Business Profile, First Page, competitors) use the same report design and branding. PDF exports show the first 300 rows - use the Excel or CSV export when you need the complete dataset.
White label
For our white label clients, if you have your custom domain set up it'll use that for report links, along with your branding for all reporting types - your logo (any shape) and company name appear on every page, and ours appears nowhere.
