Changelog
Updated October 12, 2026
October 12th, 2026
- Fan out a seed - the Add Prompts page has a second way in: type one keyword or question, click Generate ideas, and we turn it into the related questions buyers ask AI assistants, each with an intent label and an estimated monthly AI volume, minus anything you already track. Tick what you want and add it. For local businesses every idea names your tracked location. Open any prompt's results and click 'Fan out this prompt' to start from one you already have.
- Searches ChatGPT ran - under the ChatGPT answer in a prompt's results you can now see the web searches ChatGPT ran before answering, with a Track button on each to follow it as a prompt of its own.
- Rankings for the period you pick - choose a date range that ends in the past on the Rankings tab and the positions, the top 3 / 10 / 100 counts, the net change and the chart all read as they stood at the end of that range, with the summary saying "As of 30 September 2026, you had ...". Before, the counts were always today's and the change ran from the start of the range to today. Reports and exports for a past period follow the same rule, and the range itself now starts on the exact day you picked wherever you are in the world.
- Ask the AI agent for prompt ideas - the dashboard agent and the support chat can fan a seed out for you and add the ideas you confirm; the same is available to ChatGPT, Claude and Cursor through the MCP connection.
October 7th, 2026
- Heatmaps are tracked month after month - every heatmap you add is now rescanned automatically once a month, and the Heatmaps tab is a proper table like Keywords and Prompts: your average position, how much of your area you are found in, and the change since the compared scan beside each figure. Open a row to see every monthly scan and view any of them. Competition heatmaps have their own tab, showing how many competitors appear across the area and their average rating.
- Changes on the map itself - each spot that moved since the compared scan carries a small green or red badge with its own change, on the Heatmaps tab, in the heatmap PDFs, and in your reports and report links. The calendar button picks the period you compare, by default this month against last month. Tick Hide Change Metrics in the report builder to leave them out of a report.
- Adding a heatmap is one step - click Add Heatmap, pick the keyword, area and business, and the scan starts right away: the heatmap appears in your table immediately and fills in a few minutes later. No more separate save step.
- Search Console and Analytics columns on reports - both tabs now have the same column settings as Rankings, and whatever you show there is what your reports show. The generated date is gone from report PDFs, and the AI Prompts table in the PDF now includes each prompt's average position.
- Data Studio in your project and on report links - the Integrations tab has a new Data Studio sub tab. Paste a report's embed link from Data Studio (File > Embed report) and it shows there live; tick Data Studio under Report Sections and your report links show it as a live section too, with a link to it in the PDF.
September 29th, 2026
- AI Overview for reports - the Custom Message in the report builder now has a Write with AI button that drafts a short overview of the report's highlights (rankings, traffic, AI visibility, work our team completed) from the report's own figures, ready to edit. It also ticks the new AI Overview section: while that stays on, each scheduled report and live link gets a fresh overview for its own period, so a monthly report never repeats last month's numbers.
September 15th, 2026
- ⌘K search - press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) or hit Search in the side menu to find any project, keyword or prompt across your account and jump straight to it, plus every tab, settings page and action.
- Compare projects at a glance - the projects overview's column settings can now show Keywords, AI Prompts and Net Change (30d) per project, all sortable. Net Change is the same 30-day figure your Rankings tab summary shows.

Multi-location Google Business Profile support! Plenty of you manage more than one location - one project now covers them all.
- Track multiple locations - open Integrations > Business Profile and hit 'Manage locations' to tick every location this project covers. One Google connection handles all of them, no reconnecting.
- Switch between locations - a dropdown on the Business Profile tab flips your reviews, posts, media and insights between locations.
- Reports cover every location - reports now name each location and show its reviews and performance separately, plus combined totals across all of them.
- Posts go where you choose - weekly article posts publish to all of your locations by default, with a per-location checklist in your Content preferences. Manual and scheduled posts let you pick locations per post, and our AI agent can target a specific location too.
Reporting also got a complete overhaul!
- Charts in your PDFs - reports now include the same charts you see in the dashboard: ranking performance, daily Search Console clicks, daily Analytics sessions, First Page growth, and daily spend/clicks/conversions on PPC reports. The whole PDF has a refreshed, modern design with your branding on every page.
- Live preview report builder - the Reports tab now shows a live preview of the exact PDF next to your configuration. Every change updates the preview instantly, so you always know what your client will receive.
- Auto-updating report links - share one URL that stays current. Enable Auto-Updating Links and the link refreshes its data daily whenever it's viewed - perfect for a standing report you share with clients once.
- Compare to previous period - a new report option that overlays the previous period on every chart and states the difference in plain numbers, on PDFs and report links.
- Custom message - add a personal note to your clients at the top of any report, with
{client}automatically replaced by the project name. - Better logos and exports - white label logos of any shape now render at their proper size, and the PDF exports on every tab (keywords, prompts, audits and more) match the new report design.
Report generation is also faster and more reliable across the board.
