Managing Your Billing

Service projects

We manage billing per project through Stripe. You can go to your project from the projects page. Then, go to Settings -> Billing. You can also click here to see all of your projects billing.

You will be able to manage your billing details, cancel your subscription or reactivate it. If you'd like to pay via bank transfer, crypto or to manage multiple projects with a deposit or one subscription for all projects, please contact us.

You can also find it in the bottom right, on the secondary menu for your email/name.

SEO Software plan (accounts with software projects)

If your account has SEO Software projects: software projects don't have their own subscriptions - one prepaid plan covers every software project on your account. It lives on the Software Suite tab of your projects overview: the header shows your Keyword Usage and Prompt Usage, and the Manage Plan button opens the plan page in the Marketplace, where you add or remove blocks, open your card and invoices, or cancel. Settings -> Billing on a software project and the Marketplace Subscriptions table point to the same page.

Marketplace subscriptions

AI SEO Indexing and Video Reporting subscriptions from the Marketplace are managed under Subscriptions, and also appear on the Marketplace tab of your account billing page.
