Google Business Profile
On your project, you will see an 'Integrations' tab, which has Google Business Profile in it. This will display your reviews, average rating, response rate and local search impressions, and lets us track your local presence.
To connect it, click the 'Connect' button and select the Google account that manages your Business Profile. You'll then choose the location (or locations) to link to this project.
When selecting your Google account, make sure it has owner or manager access to the Business Profile locations.
Multiple locations
One project can track as many locations as you like, all from that single Google connection. Click 'Manage locations' in the Business Profile tab, tick every location this project covers, and save. The first location acts as the primary one - it's the default for reports, heatmaps and our AI agent unless you specify a location - and you can change it with 'Set primary' in the same dialog.
With several locations connected:
- A dropdown at the top of the Business Profile tab switches the reviews, posts, media and insights view between your locations.
- Reports show each location separately - reviews, ratings and performance per location - plus combined totals across all of them.
- New posts and scheduled posts let you pick exactly which locations they publish to, with all locations selected by default.
Weekly article posts
If GBP Posting is enabled on your Content tab, every article we publish is also posted to your Business Profile. With multiple locations, each article posts to all of them by default - untick specific locations under 'Enable GBP Posting' in your Content preferences if you'd like to narrow it. Locations you connect after enabling GBP Posting start unticked, so they never receive posts until you say so.
