How To White Label

To white label Ranked AI, go to Settings -> White Label on the side menu.

You can add your logo, agency name and if you'd like, a custom domain.

White label itself is free - no fee, no setup cost, no minimum. You can host every one of your clients on your branded platform from day one: clients you run yourself sit on the software ($4.99 per 100 keywords or prompts, unlimited websites and users), and the ones you want our team to work on go on a managed plan. Switching a project from software to service later is one button on the project.

It's entirely optional to customize the domain. If you do, you'll see a minimal version of our application with no action items (e.g. adding projects, removing keywords). It is supposed to be for your clients to sign in and access their project, so we remove everything related to Ranked AI, along with any action item.

To add your clients to a project, go to the 'Settings' tab on the individual project, then to 'Access'.

When invited, the email comes from our unbranded domain agencyreport.ai. We are not able to white label email domains, because deliverability is not guaranteed (if you have a new domain, etc).

Your own live chat

On your custom domain, our support chat never loads. If you'd like your clients to reach you from inside the dashboard, pick your live chat provider (Intercom, Crisp, Drift, Tawk.to, LiveChat, HubSpot, Zendesk, Tidio, JivoChat or Chatwoot) in the White Label settings and paste the widget's public ID. The widget loads anonymously - we never pass your clients' details to the chat vendor.
