Google's Indexing API Service

Want to do it yourself? Please read how to do so here. :)

Google has recently announced a new API that helps with indexing websites quickly. Previously, this was for job postings and news articles, but has recently expanded to all types of websites.

At Ranked, we have built out the technical infrastructure to support this. Indexing new pages is a regular headache for clients, so we are excited to offer a solution to this. Here is what you should expect:

How It Works

It's important to note that this isn't a one-time task. It's an actively managed task, especially if you add new pages/posts regularly.

1 - Provide delegated ownership access to invited@ranked.ai or agencymarketingaccess@gmail.com to your Google Search Console here. For agency partners with custom emails, invite us via that email.

2 - Fill out the priority indexing request form here.

3 - Wait a few working days while we get everything submitted.

That's it! We keep it simple and report back on when the site is fully indexed. We also check for any new pages weekly and submit them for priority indexing. You will also see something like the below in your Google Search Console account.

If you have enough of a budget to pay the $19 service fee for us to get this done. We highly recommend it as it's much better than manually indexing pages.

This has development and employee time costs, so we sadly cannot do this for free. We have tried to figure out how we could, but we do need to charge a small service fee to cover our costs.

All Ranked clients will have access to a mini free version of this later in the year, but it's not as good as the manually implemented, actively managed solution which costs $19.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us. :)
